Information, not advice. Content on this site, including the Free Zone Index, calculators and guides, is general information, not legal, tax or investment advice. Figures are indicative, carry their verification date, and can change with official tariffs and laws. Decisions about your specific case deserve a written, engagement-based analysis.

Calculators. Calculator results are indicative minimums worked out from the published logic on each page; they are not quotes. A quote becomes binding only when issued to you in writing under an engagement.

Published prices. Prices on our service pages are our fees for the scope described there; a “from” price is the minimum and depends on volume and complexity, and a price without “from” is fixed. Government, free zone and third-party fees are charged on top at cost and listed separately in your quote. Our fees are shown without VAT; where VAT applies to them, it is added at the standard rate and shown on the quote.

Intellectual property. The site’s content, design and the Free Zone Index dataset belong to the operator. Quoting with attribution and linking are welcome; wholesale copying of the dataset is not.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for actions taken on the basis of the site’s content without an engagement. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE.
